Mumbai city lacks the most basic pedestrian infrastructure, resulting in people having to walk on the streets, sharing the same space as moving traffic. Here is an instance that one can see across the city, a zebra crossing that ends at the barricaded section of a street. The simplest solution here is the most logical one, to open up the barricade and add ramp to make the footpath more universally accessible.
